How does One Plan work?

Event planners are able to create highly accurate site event plans and place temporary infrastructure, overlay or products on the the system. The plans can be shared with other organisations and used as a presentation tool for event planning meeting. The plans can be viewed on mobile devises or download as a PDF which is great sharing on site to ensure all contracts and partners have the same plan.

What infrastructure and overlay can be dragged and dropped onto my event plan?

Anything! Currently we have the following products included: stewards, barriers, fencing, staging, generators, toilets, catering concessions, bins, tables, chairs, seating, flooring, walkways, CCTV, traffic cones, signs and even flowers! We are always adding to this list and if there is anything you would like us to include please let us know.Some event suppliers are providing us with specific products you can drop and drag. This will ensure you have the right products in the right place.
